Zzp large throttle body

Lately have been super on the fence about whether or not to pick this up and really considering it for Black Friday. Just wanted to hear peoples experiences and thought about the throttle body and if it's a worth while purchase. Thanks everyone.

Just helps the airflow a bit doesn't add any extra power that you'll feel.

Probably not worth it unless you have the intercooler kit.

Now I'm even more on the fence guys 😂 Might get it anyway as I plan on making more power with the car. Hoping to get to the 350 wheel mark but not too sure how to go about it without bigger turbo looks like turbo needs to be upgraded for those numbers..

If you're gonna get it, then just get it now while you can save some dough. Personally, to me, it's one of those last needed mods once you already have everything else. It's not a big gain, but the stock t/b becomes a bottle neck once you start making real power. Hopefully that makes more sense. If I was you, I'd go with the intercooler that is marked down to $559!!! That's a smokin' deal.

As far as 350whp goes, you don't need a 'bigger' turbo. Your stock turbo can get you past 350whp just fine. You do need to modify your turbo with different intake and exhaust wheels. Jason@JacFab and I have discussed this in depth several times at this point. Buy some upgraded wheels from Kinugawa, that would only cost around $250, then have your turbo rebuilt locally. A rebuilder should only charge around $300 to rebuild with the Kinugawa wheels, fresh bearings, and balance. BALANCING is KEY! Remember that your turbo spins in excess of 100k RPM!

After installing it the main difference seems to be throttle response but not much more than that. Maybe something in the tune can be changed to take more advantage?

If they do it's only on the back side judging from the pictures. Probably toss it in a mill and open the very back up 2mm to match the intake manifold inlet... Just a guess

Ltg larger throttle body!

I have recently installed the ltg Throttle body and it definitely makes a diffewnce mainly in throttle respone. That was the last part I installed after doing cai, catless downpipe, full exhaust, glass packs and tune then I did intercooler and last was the larger throttle body.
