I only leave fire and theft on my insurance while its in storage barely costs anything. Value of the car when its been driven in snow/salt greatly depreciates. I don't care if you have metal studs on the tires you couldn't drive a RWD Camaro today where I live. Were getting hit hard again today with snow. Twice in three days.

Go Pens !!

That is true, but the condition of the car will be vastly different; the car could technically depreciate faster if driven through the winter. Would you also mind fixing your profile? You don't drive a "2019 RS LT1"; there is no such thing.

I hear that. I do enjoy some aspects of winter, so it is a mixed battle.

I've envied your garage since I first saw it. I'm a BIG fan of the Z cars. I have an 350z & a 370z..hands down one of the best *driving*, passion-inducing (?), cars that I have owned. I really want Nissan to come out with a refresh, but another two seater coupe may not be in the cards for quite a few years to come..

Is that convertible top cover (can't remember the part name) factory? I'm thinking they are usually the color of the top?
Tonneau cover. They are body-color except for the black strip which is where the convertible top seats against it when it's up.

x2

That salt kills depreciation. When I used to live in the south and I would look for used cars, you never had to worry about rusted out cars.....when I moved up north and was looking at cars a few years ago, like 75% of them had major rust issues.

I also understand daily driving in the snow, when I was 18 I drove my 4th gen every day, I wasn't gonna store the beast!

1971 455 4-speed. Unrestored with the exception of tires, wires and hoses. Still has original working T3 headlights.

A little over 36,000 miles. Got in 1985 with 21,125 on it and sticker still on the window. Are you ready for it? $2800.00.
