Can anyone tell me if these would work? They include a foot rest and are the same part number. It seems it's also for the cadillac. :http://www.gmparts2u.com/oe-gm/84134669

It shows Camaro listed as a vehicle they would work on, so I would say yes.

Cool thanks. I just wasn't sure if the foot pedal would be compatible with the camaro. I might give it a try seeing how I love that it includes the footrest. Looks great!!

For those of you that have installed these. Any tips or tricks. I've spent almost 3 hours trying to get the clutch and brake pedal cover on and I can't get them to fit :( I've tried everything I can think of soak then in hot water try a little soap, wd-40 - nothing helps. Has to be an easier way to get these on. Would appreciate any advice.
BTW the gas pedal was a snap just unbolt and put the new one in. |

ok finally got the pedal covers installed today. The clutch was a real challenge. After digging through my tool kit and trying various screw drivers the one thing that worked was a shrimp deveiner. Just worked it along the back to get the rubber edge around the pedal.

I have been wanting the Chevy ones but they don't come with the dead foot pedal cover. I don't like the look unless all the pedals match. Thanks

All in all it took me about an hour to install the 3 pedals(covers) with a couple of 5 min breaks to keep me from cursing and tearing up something. The brake pedal cover was the hardest for me to do and I know the next day all my fingertips were sore from stretching and pulling to install them. I really like the look and IMO Chevy should make them standard equipment on the SS. I think the ZL1 has them but not sure. And no reprogramming but it seemed that the computer had to learn that something was changed(gas pedal).

No I haven't but they don't seem to match so I'm not sure they would work. I didn't want to risk it. I know there is definitely aftermarket pedals that contain the footrest. I saw it here on the forums. Ended up just getting the GM ones from my dealer. They look pretty good.

I managed to find this sight on a camaro5 thread and they have the 2016 dead pedal. Not sure how to install it though other than drill holes into the pedal. It also doesn't have the rubber in between the openings. It is a match though!:

I ordered the Cadillac set as I also wanted the dead-pedal. The site I ordered from stated the dead-pedal was included. When the set arrived, all that was included was the gas and brake pedal, as I have the AT, no dead-pedal. I was disappointed that there was no dead-pedal but love the new pedals, look much better.
