I got a set of 433MHz sensors from Ebay... will finally be putting on my winter wheels/tires tomorrow, after all the winter storm fun :(

They're GM part # 13598773 and I paid $110 for all four. I'll update everyone if they work tomorrow.

Here's an excerpt from the auction:
Quote:
Some vehicles listed use either 315 or 433 MHz sensors. If yours is a model we have denoted the frequency next to in the fitment section, you need to verify which frequency your specific vehicle operates at prior to purchasing these sensors. The easiest way to determine which sensors you need is on the Service Parts Identification Sticker (typically located in the glove box or under the spare tire cover). XL7 indicates 315 MHz, XL8 indicates 433 MHz. If you have option XL7 you can find the appropriate part under number 13598772 in our store.

When I first put the new wheels on, it took about 20-30 miles for the car to realize it's not getting TMPS data and throw a message :/ I went back to the shop and the guys did a reset with their computer. Everything is working fine so far

Here's the ebay auction - http://www.ebay.com/itm/331743811143

Does the tire temp gauge work with these sensors and aftermarket wheels?

What about these: http://www.gmpartscenter.net/chevrol...rt_name=sensor

Seems like a good price?! But the model # is different, but description seems on.. The ebay ones look different too, I want OEM GM so there is no issue. Where is the best place to purchase?!

Old thread but if anyone has had same issue i believe its because the frequency in the new sensors are 433mhz. I tried getting some after market wheels with sensors programmed and it wouldnt work. The wheels were originally on a 2014 Zl1 in which they worked fine. After i pulled the old sensors out and looked up the part# on them i saw the frequency was 315mhz. New sensors i purchases and had paired were 433mhz

What are all you users of new/different sensors using as a torque value on the nut to hold these TPMS sensors in place?
