For real. Lol. Half the people bash them for not having it out the other half won't leave them alone to finish it.

(Quick snap-shot version)
Test conditions: D/A = 105.27%
Test equipment: Superflow 600 Flowbench
To give our competition the best chance and the highest flow numbers possible,
we removed the MAF sensor for this particular flow test. (We blocked off the MAF
hole)
Keep in mind, They are completely unshrouded by "NOT" having the fender, hood,
headlight assembly etc.. in the way to block flow during a flow bench test.
You couldn’t ask for a better day to test either.

In other words, if they were going to show us what they could do, now was the
time!
(the flow numbers)
Out of all of our competitor’s systems that we tested, the Best number we saw on
this day was 294CFM@1.5inches of water on a 5inch system.
That’s not very impressive considering the test D/A (Density Altitude) of over
105% and the MAF meter was not in place.
On a typical Hot/warm day you could expect to see something in the 280 CFM
range. In a Hot engine compartment, heat soaked up and blocked ,it would be
lower.
The Lowest number we saw from the VR systems came from the unit we dyno
tested in the last video.
It generated 328CFM@1.5inches of water with the MAF sensor “IN PLACE”.
That’s a huge difference at only 1.5 inches of depression. That’s not even the
strongest version of the system.
(This will all be on the web page in image and video format for you during release)
NEXT UPDATE:
Dyno comparisons on "stock" (No custom tuning) and Modified cars.
We already have all of the on road data from LT-1’s and LT-4’s .
That's the data that really counts, where the rubber meets the road!
No codes covering almost 12,000 miles of testing.
When we hit 12,000 miles, we turn it loose! (almost there)
Just keeping the forum members up to date.

VR tech
How about giving those test #s in plain English?

You guys are really late to the game.

This thing better not be more than $59.99 w/ free shipping and an apology letter for tardiness.

Unless there’s a substantial cost benefit to switching to this, or for new buyers to completely circumvent the existing, proven cold air intakes for this platform, you guys have a hill to climb and a lot of bias to overcome. Good luck either way.

Yes, they are very late to the game at the same time Roto Fab can't give their customers a simple replacement filter. So in that sense perhaps they are very timely.

I'm sure they're very concerned over the loss of a sale due to your needy timeline. You people complaining are ridiculous. Just because you're the first to market does not mean you have the best product. Like any other platform it takes years to get improved products to be released over time. May seem like a simple cold air to the majority but I'm certain they can't engineer, R&D, etc overnight.

Get your Rotofab now and when Vararam releases theirs you can always sell it if it winds up being that much better. Or keep whining as I'm sure that's going to help get the product released faster. The choice is yours.

Bought the car with it already installed. Only thing I've bought for this car is a drag pack. I would buy one anyway if it didn't and if Vararam proves to be a better product for my car then sell the Rotofab which is exactly what I already suggested.
