So I just bought a 2022 LT1 in rapid blue. Looked at so many wheel options its all just a blur. So I thought I wanted a 20x10 and 20x11. The only thing I've seen that I don't like is the overall diameter is smaller than the 245/40
a 285 30 for the front is 1" shorter. A 305 30 for the rear is closer at 27.2 compared to 27.7 I hate the extra tire gap between the tires and the fender/Quarter wheel wells. Witch means I would need to lower the car to get the wheel gap back into something reasonable. Not looking for that 4 wheel drive truck look. Even looked at going with a 9 and 10.5 with 35 series tires. But seems like the offset on some are pushed way to far in at +30 for a 9.
I've looked at the sticky for wheels but not everyone says if the car is lowered or not.
Was really not hoping to lower. But may not have a choice. Looking for opinions.
thoughts on Bronze on Rapid blue also. anyone ever seen this combo? also open to options

Well, I'm all about choices and giving people information, then letting them decide what's best for them. In this spirit, take a look at my 285/35 front, 305/35 rear setup, the extra sidewall eliminates much of the wheel arch gap.

No codes, no weirdness in handling, no ABS or stabilitrak issues, no rubbing in the rear, speedo is almost 100% correct based on police radar equipment (let's not go into details). I did relocate the body harness in the driver side rear wheel well, but that may not be necessary for 2020+, you should check.

The disadvantage is that this cuts it very close in terms of strut and wheel well clearances, I can't fully guarantee that any tire other than my PS4S will fit the same way. Also, handling is obviously a bit sloppier, plus rear tire height is now 28.4", that is, theroetically 0.8" taller than stock.

I originally bought this for my LT1 before I traded it for the ZLE. Advan GT Beyond. I'm running 285/30 front and 325/30 rear.

This wheel is not your typical wheel you see on American cars. I wanted something way different than what you typically see people around here running. I have only seen these wheels on two other cars around my parts, a Subaru WRX and a GTR.

For the front because of the slightly wider ZLE front fenders I did put extended lugs and run a 10mm spacer to get the wheels flush with the fender. On the LT1 they would work perfectly fine without spacers.
