Just wanted to follow up that I ended up returning the part as I was having issues with the connection. This may be user error but I am asking others who have installed the part if you experience issues where you get pop ups stating you need a suspension service to contact DSC to let them know.

That's a bummer. My connector was perfect out of the box and is still perfect after several connection cycles. I understand your frustration though. Are they sending you a replacement, or are you getting out of the game?

I actually received a replacement and had the same issue and I attempted to correct on the new unit with needle nose pliars and I was unable to resolve the issue. I spoke with their support several times and tried various methods but ultimately I kept.getting suspension pop ups.

I have the same issue with mine. Some days it works great and other days I get the warning going on and off every 5 minutes.

Does it act up on hot days?

Can you call them and let them know? If enough people mention it they are looking at doing a redesign.

I've had issues with two units, but correlated to high heat situations. Lots of traffic and idling in particular. Since the unit sits over the muffler, I think that's at the heart. The guys at DSC have been great though.

Mine acts up with no real pattern, it has done it at night when it was in the 70s and the car had been sitting and also in traffic. I also asked DSC about heat related problems since my car is a 2SS and the Bose amp is on top of the suspension computer, tech said he wouldn't get hot enough to cause a problem. Lately once I start getting the error message it repeats every 5-10 min as long as I'm driving. If I let the car sit overnight then it quits for a longer amount of time. I have checked the pins like DSC mentions and all pins are sticking out the same amount.

Yes, I have called them twice now. It's going back for them to check out the pins/connection.

Last update I got was a few weeks ago they said they were almost ready with the new version with the heat resistant processor.

My car is basically parked for the winter so I’ll order again in the spring so that if I have issues I can return it easily.
