G1 Intake Manifold Coming
been commissioned to do a intake for the 4cly ats and being that the camaro is same engine guess we'll have a 4 banger manifold coming soon
will be setup ready for port injection for those looking for more hp than the direct injection can supply For controlling 4 additional injectors SplitSec Makes a box that works great. Give it power, ground, a rpm signal (ground off a coil wire) and then run it a boost reference (it has built in map sensors) and you are set with with additional fueling! |

This is some of the best news I have read in a long time !!
Adding port injection could also eliminate any need for a catch can system too. ($400.00ish) Any rough guesstimate on production date?

https://splitsec.com/product/aic2-p-...pressure-mode/
for additional injector controlling you would still need injectors, rails (we will be making), lines, regulator, etc. |

Big difference between 70ish? mm Current LTG T/B options and, this.
I would assume this intake would accept any T/B the SS LT1 cars will accept, Like the Tony Mamo 103mm ? I would be curios what a full E85 , upgraded turbo , forged internal would put down....I bet Shocking !!

I'm not sure we can use the SS TB i think biggest we can go is 72mm and that's with an adapter.

Boy IDK about using the SS throttle body, that's 87mm iirc. Thats awful big. Might be better off to use the 72mm LFX or LGX throttle body.
Also, I notice your runners look very short. This will most likely be geared towards top end power, with very little love for the low end torque... I like what you're doing here. But I'm questioning a lot of the ideas. Whoever is getting the first one I'm guessing is going to be spinning a big ass borg warner, one off custom build. |

Would love to see something similar to this with a built in water to air heat exchanger... For anyone reading *hint, hint*

Will CFD flow analysis be done? Any chance of getting longer runners? These engines and drivetrains are designed to maximize use of the early available torque. Lose that trait it will negatively effect the cars performance.
