Received 10 qts of Mobil1 0W-40 ESP Formula and an ACDelco PF64 Oil Filter from RockAuto for my annual oil change coming up in May... Probably will only have about 2,000 miles on the oil, but it is what it is... Going to change the Differential fluid again as well (Changed at 505 & 1,500 miles), skipped the 4,000 mile change (when I did the oil last May), will be at about 6,000 miles this May (4,500 miles on the current diff fluid)...

Picked up my new SS 1LE from the dealership 225 miles away. Installed a Novistretch front mask and ACS rock guards before leaving for the trip home. Basically spent all day going ans coming, but it was worth it.

I figured the paper portion would eventually dissolve with all the oil. I would start using "extended mileage" filters that had 10K mile claims, but even then I'd still change the oil out after about the year mark (4000-ish miles). |

Went and traded my '21 LT1 M6 for a '22 ZL1 1LE auto. Going from bare bones to all the bells and whistles is nice. Not sure why I didn't go that route in the beginning. Would have loved another M6 but so far, the auto impresses.
