Went to Dragway 42

I ran 12.3 to knock the rust off the tree launch.

I need some drag radials and rims. Anyone have idea's for a cheep setup (just rears).

Replaced the front splitter / spoiler on my 2020 ZL1, that the previous owner used as a curb finder.

Nice, how long did it take / cost for the part? I know it’s just a matter of time before I smack into something....

Unpacked a used 2016-2018 SS rear bumper assembly that had arrived by truck on Friday. Fortunately, it safely completed the journey from Michigan. The bottom photo shows how it arrived palleted.

The delivery driver did a double take when I saw that coming off the truck and said, "My coffin is here!"

$240 from my dealer (who sold me the ZL1). Project took about 3 hours, but I was going slow with a few beers and a movie on in the background. A fun weekend afternoon by my count.

This video did a nice job breaking down the steps: https://youtu.be/eaAaILabq6k

Thanks for the response... not a bad price and easy enough. Looks like a relaxing 4 - 5 beer job.

Nothing better than milling around the garage with the Camaro and a few beers just killing time...

How did you get the reverse light out of the socket?

I paid 57 out the door for a used 2017 with less than 5k miles. Your going to have to play around with auto loan calculator to figure out what your payment is going to be with your max down payment.

You're not going to get under a $500 monthly payment without putting down 25k and doing less than a 6 year loan.

Other people’s purchase price has little to do with wherever you would be buying a car. Money down...monthly payment..? Do you know anything about financing. You shouldn’t be purchasing a ZL1 if those are your questions, that’s my input.
