Have you checked out mandrel bending solutions 200cpsi cats? The body is 4in and the inlet/outlet size is select-able. I had the same issue with my 5th gen, although a little lower in power.

Such a bummer.. Looks like cat less maybe your only option with this much power.

Gesi has a cat that is higher power handling then what you currently have. The UHOX Gen 2 supports 1200hp per bank. It is 6" diameter so not sure if it will fit and they cost 662.00. They also have a 5" rated at 1k hp and a 4.5" rated at 850.

CSP had a video last year of problems with Kooks green cats. Kooks refused to replace and they were not that old.

Thanks king. It looks like gesi gsport gen1 are the same thing as kooks/gesi green cats. Looks like kooks just puts their name on them.

I can’t find anything on the gen2 converters, only distributors. Looks like they don’t even make them for our application yet.

Yep, this was my second set. First set passenger side failed badly. Got them warrantied, put on end of March and you see they starting to fail again. Granted it’s nowhere near as bad as first set, but both cats have areas where you can easily see the metal pushed away and flattened.

Granted this is a street car too, I don’t race it. But I have a heavy foot.

Kooks however did confirm it’s 425hp per bank (I’m over that) and Alex at csp said to keep an eye on them.

In any case I took them off today, put off road connection pipes on and logged to send to CSP just to see if time needs to be changed.

It’s louder and stinks like gas.. but o well.

This one is the better of the 2, you can see it starting to bend/give.

Lol O stop. You couldn’t even handle your ss when you put the 2300 on it.

I have a dumb question about what power level are you at and I know you something changed (wink wink). How are your secondary's holding up? I know I'm going to do something to the Z later down the road maybe get it close to 700 rwhp maybe a little more maybe a little less. Just for my fun and a little louder I don't race generally but you know but not at the track.

Kicking a man when he's hardly back up, tsk-tsk. Maggie had nothing to do with it. At least I fessed up, who knows how much you may have dumped into getting yours fixed up in secret, and how many times
Plus I don't change exhausts like it's underwear

...I was gonna apologize to OP for hijacking his thread, but then I realized who it was
