Brake bleed corner order
What corner order do I use with these cars for bleeding the brakes?

If I am not mistaken, Right Rear, Left Rear, Right Front then Left Front, that's usually the norm for brake bleeding.

that is the correct way in my mind too and the way I've always bled. Furthest from the master cylinder to the closest. However, the shop manual states something different than expected: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=536984

Actually in modern cars with anti lock brakes the proper starting corner is the one futhest from the ALM.
In some cars the master cylinder and the anti lock brake module are on the same side. On the 6th Gen the ALM is on the right side. Proper sequence in 6th Gen is LR-RR-LF-RF.

But the master still remains in the same spot...wonder if the service manual is assuming/expecting you to bleed the ABS module (which few folks do? IE isn't a Tech II required?)
I don't think it really matters.

tech 2 or scan tool with an ABS bleed option to cycle the electric motor. I'm not certain the service manual is assuming the ABS pump is being cycled.

I just did this the other day. The correct order is:
Right Rear Left Front Left Rear Right Front Each caliper should do the inner first then the outer. It's this way on a lot of GM products. |

Alright, glad I asked. I was afraid something non-intuitive might be going on...
