Mods why the thread swap? A lot of the information in this thread is going to pertain specifically to the OEM 1LE tires, NOT any other Camaro models.

Really? Just like only square set ups on a 1LE I guess? 20x10 and 20x11 fit on all Camaros. Goodyears work on all Camaros

With the softer track / R comp tires, the ideal sizes will also be different since the spring rates, sway bars and bushings are different with softer and wider tires. It is very common to see suspension flex and the rubbing inside the fender wheels is somewhat easierthan the stiffer 1LE tuning and suspension. B/c of the above reasons it is hard to say if this should be in different section than the 1LE section

please...happy for EVERYBODY to take advantage of this info, but it is specific to 1LE wheels, tires, suspension, etc. ONLY 1LE option provides for 10 and 11 inch rims.
I will delete this info as I would be concerned by other owners potentially mis-using it for non specific applications and it would be a SHAME if this forum didn't allow us to discuss 1le specifics after creating a specific forum place for the car. PLEASE move it back. thank you! |

OMG it ended up buried in "wheels and tires - sponsored by the Tire Rack"...WTF is right. What's next? Brake pad disappears to another sponsor thread? THIS SUCKS!!!

Glamcem: what are the specs of the wheels u bought? These are a no brainer and size wise open up the biggest selection of tires for the 1le.
BTW: to all - I've updated the OP with wheel/tire info. Copy it if you like., as I am debating deleting it all now that the thread has been moved. |

Thanks! Would it be possible for you to summarize it in a short note re offsets, spacers, other considerations so I could up load it to the OP for the community to see without going thru 8 pages and making notes - and maybe getting it wrong lol

This may not be the case for the 10" as it has additional 3mm clearance

sure. Currently I am running -2.2 front and -1.6 camber in the rear. I will see if I can get -2.4 or -2.5 without any issues up front and will have them adjust the rears for -1.8 . I have an appointment with the alignment shop for this Friday and will post it on my build thread and the Apex thread.
