This is what I just got and that is just with quick shifting. All I have done is the injen evolution intake. I'm sure it could be better as this is my first manual car.

Sweetness! Finally another legit post!
 I haven't been able to best my 5.4 in the original post even with the no lift shift.... Just can't nail that perfect launch again (the 5.4 felt on the ragged edge of traction) I might try again this weekend if the rain stops  I'm sure with a good launch and the no lift shift my car has a 5.2 in it stock; that's the goal before modding... I'm the same as Jason@jacfab in that I'd like to see a 13.9x 1/4 mile before modding also; next year the car will see some track time I hope  Thanks for the post Adampau123 |

What RPM were you launching at out of curiosity? And around what RPM where you shifting?
I want to say i short shifted the 1-2 on that 5.4 run... Hard to remember though

Nailed it! Bone stock, 1/2 tank of 91octane, no lift shift and launching at 3000rpm while quickly dipping into the throttle (but not slamming the throttle, even stock at 3000rpm you'll light the tires up if you jump on it) oh yeah: traction control was off (like always lol)

Theres little if anything left on the table with this run... .1 at best, launch felt perfect (just a small chirp from the tires and then all go baby!)
