Still smiling - exceeded my expectations. The front end grip on this thing is phenomenal (better than Z51), and the adjustability mid corner is the absolute best of anything I have driven (including Formula Fords and other race cars). This is one honest car - it does exactly what you expect it to do as you change inputs.

Haha my thoughts exactly. This is one truly amazing car and so very capable. Its balance is simply outstanding.

Thanks! Not many v6's at the track, which is a shame, it's magic! Also, I noticed that you accidentally transposed times on the first post, I ran a 2:04.2. I'll get it down under the 2 min mark with new tires eventually.
![]() Thanks for this thread btw! |

In the SS1LE, somehow, I felt totally comfortable, relaxed, and I think for the first time I had genuine fun there. Doing some drifts in the low consequence corners (turn 2 and left hander), using all of the pavement in the uphill, etc. If I focused on a neat/clean lap for lap time, I can get into the 1.00.xx stock - no doubt. 59.xx will have to be an "inspired moment" and prob require better tires and pads. |

1) traffic 2) I only ran the morning sessions 3) second track day ever and first time at autobahn 4) I was running a 102 degree fever - left after this session. As I approached the end of the session I started to feel like I wasn't 100% focused on what I was doing, so it was time to go. Didn't realize I had the fever until I got home and took my temperature. ![]() I am looking forward to getting back to autobahn this summer and I'm sure my time will come down. I know I was leaving time on the table - in every corner....lol. And I am sure someone with more experience than me will smash that time too. Hopefully, we will get to meet this summer!
