Nice lap!

Yes @ T12 (deception), apex later/square off the corner more and if you avoid the apex curbing, you can go flat there the second you turn in. Go to ~1:20 on my vid to see what I'm describing https://youtu.be/kRcXdiaX_e4 . Tons of time made/lost in T12. But YES, to your point... throttle application is a little scary here!

As for Sinkhole complex, you really take it quite well. Yes you might be down a 1-3mph at the top of the hill before going down into sinkhole, but you carry throttle nicely down the hill and your line up the hill is good and tight, just driving to front tire grip limit. You loose most of the time in the esses, jumping in and out of the gas a few times. Steady continuous partial throttle application is how you build speed through the esses. Skip to ~2:10 on the video illustrates this pretty well.

New personal best at Sebring this past weekend with Chin. Switched to Goodyear 3R’s in stock sizes (glad they started making these) and DS1.11 pads...what a difference in brake confidence. The stock pads never let me down, but I can feel more initial bite with these.
Fastest lap begins around 6:30

That was a 1:40.94 lap not 1:49.94.

Very nice clean and smooth driving! I see sub 40s in your near future
Thanks for pointing out my fat-finger! I updated the post.

Right? Mid-Ohio seems to hit the spot with a lot of things -
Course length: check.
High speed element: check
Low speed element: check
Balanced technical components: check
Special characteristics: check
Fun, intuitive flow: check
Not overly risk prone: check

It's like a "matured" Grattan.

Check out Pitt Race - you'll like that one too. I yet have to take the Camaro there.

I kept telling everyone the same thing that went to the MVP event in September. I kept calling it a "bigger, better Grattan" and that's no insult to Grattan. Grattan is my favorite track in Michigan. I like how you put it better, calling it "matured."

Track (which config if applicable) = Eagles Canyon Raceway 2.7 CCW
Elapsed Time (please include times to the hundredth if possible) = 2:09.02
Camaro Year / Model / Trim = 2018 1SS 1LE
Date = September 20, 2020
Tires = SC3
Mods = track alignment, Hawk DTC 60, ATE Typ 200 brake fluid

Not a huge improvement. I just couldn't get that little bit to make it in to the 2:08s
