Sorry to hear this Jakey, but looks like you'll be happy. I'm an SFFD Jakey. If you don't know it's a nickname for an SF Fireman. Are you in the fire service?

Good choice on the car and those Mopars are a beast......I had a 2015 SRT 392......I had lemon and the car was always in the shop......the Challenger is a well executed vehicle and fits into the traditional muscle car role.
After my brief time with the 2016 Camaro, I realize the Camaro is now in a different class from the Challenger.....not a bad thing for the Challenger, but they are not as similar as they used to be.... Good luck and you made a good choice

They called me today telling me they would honor the employee pricing because as of today employee pricing was available on the 6th Gen. Whether he is lying or not it doesn't matter as I already have another car, even if it WAS eligible for employee pricing I'd still rather not even work with them after being dicked around for 4-5 weeks.

Congrats on the Chally. Back in Apr/May 2009, I too got the run around from my local dealer(no longer in business), and wind up going out of state to get my 2010. Personally,
I like the 'look' of yours over the 6th Gen.(thumbs up!) |

Congrats on the new ride. I really like the updates on the 2015 Challengers.
When I bought my new Challenger SRT8 I walked away from my local dealer that wanted $20K above MSRP and drove 10 miles and got mine for $8K off MSRP.

Most dealers salespeople are there to make money...I'd buy the car and then sue them for not respecting the contract ![]() I got lots of bs at dealers up here too in Canada since 2009....hard to find honest ones! |
