Results from more sample size comes from experienced drivers getting to the track in good DA and prep. All of which you had rolled into one with this track rental. All of which the SS that ran 11s stock when it first came out. SO again your argument that its ahead of the game form sample size is retarded. Don't care about sales so ok enjoy that lol talking to us about ego fragility and lack of confidence. You are the one on a Camaro forum trying to prop up the mustang. And I didn't poop on any results. I called them what they were. Above average. You got to have something wrong with you to think a rental in negative DA wont be above average. This is like the twilight zone |

think hes referring to the e85 tune , it went 11.31 @124.xx iirc... pretty solid pass for the mods. |

well, since anything goes with the Ford Fanboys. Here ya go. Just a 9.2 with boltons and tune and tires. Nothing to see here. We can play this game all day long.

A ZL1 with a drag pack and e85 in negative DA would probably run mid 10s over 130 |

Second, That still doesn't change the fact that a tune and tire (drag radial) MY18 just ran third (the list has 2 and the times mixed) on the current ZL1 best list. If it makes you feel better, call it fourth. That's not withing spitting distance, that's quick enough to compete head to head. Hell, he made it look easy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not claiming the GT has anywhere near the ZL1 power. But it's a hell of a lot closer than I personally thought it would achieve with just a tune and wheels/tires. |

Oh so 100 octane gas and tune is considered the same as 91 octane gas and tune? What about 130 octane? Pretty sure everyone lists E85 as a mod itself since you actually need the gas to make it work. Even Lund lists it as "But wait, there’s more! 11.31 at 124 MPH!
Tune, Tire, e85." Kind of gain you would expect for E85 on DI. Definitely one of the best bangs for the buck.

I never said it was absolute best conditions. Most never see better than -500. So to me -500 is as good as it gets. Even worse than that for some. My tracks close when it gets cold enough for that. And im at 600-1000 elevation to start. It wasn't tune and tire. It had drag pack. Lighter wheels and tires all around. Very small in the front. That's good for a tenth or two over just a tire on the stock 20s. It hasn't done anything my car hasn't done or was capable of. I went 11.6 with no tune. Then skipped to more mods. E85 gives 30-40 rwhp gain. Id have been right with it. But not as much trap speed id guess. But ive never ran at that track. E85 gives huge gains on these high comp DI motors. More than any other mod I did by far. Other than that comparing modded cars on a tire to stock cars on stock tires is kinda pointless. |

No one at M6G lists E85 as an additional mod. Unlike the camaro, it doesn't require any additional hardware. If you buy a 93 octane tune over a 91 octane tune...you wouldn't consider it an additional mod. E85 is the same thing (for the mustang). |

I don't disagree, it's not the norm. But there will be faster hero times to come for the mustang...you can count on that. Again, I'm not saying the MY18 is a world beater...but it looks like an E85 tune on a MY18 is no cake walk for a stock ZL1. |
