Would 18's fit a ZL1 with the bigger rotors?

It looks like it's possible with certain wheels (like some custom wheels that clear the huge 15.5" CCBs on Corvettes) , see this thread for related discussion

Obviously not a track shot, but a good shot none the less on the Tail of The Dragon.

As for comparion- my SS 1LE felt supremely composed and easier to push harder faster, than the ZL1 1LE. The ZL1 1LE is a more difficult car to get the most from, but that also makes it supremely engaging and nuanced. The ZL1 1LE feels like a race car on track, the grip, body control and aero take time to trust and fully exploit for most drivers. It’s a very special feeling car, that feels more like a supercar than a sportscar. I’m lucky to have access to both. Stock I think, not many wheels in ZL1 1LE offsets yet. |

Thanks, yeah the car is mega at VIR. I’m running 295/30 20’s on the OE “10’s and “11’s. Not tons of tire options for OE wheels, agreed on 305 square, but need at least “10.5’s to run 305’s.

Since you have driven the ZL1 1LE and a SS 1LE have you sampled the regular ZL1 on track? I'm torn here between a new 1lE or a lightly used ZL1. It would be a daily driver with multiple visits to the track annually. |

If I had to choose between the two, personally I would always go for the most powerful option, but that's just me.

Thx for your comments Provoste!
Yep, you're lucky to have access to both All you bro needs to do is to get a ZL1 and your family will own them all Now that would be one heck of a "comparo" vid! |
