You can get 19s and 7mm front spacers that place the wheels exactly where they are stock. That's what I did, looks stock.

As far as width, it depends on the surface and tire type. With modern studless snows and winter performance tires, they depend on sipes for grip and more width = more sipes. For deep snow, slush, rain, narrower is better.

This is what the rear looked like after the last winter with the previous set of Sottozeros. They were fine on dry pavement but spun easy on wet surfaces with the siping worn off. The fronts still had 1/2 the tread.

What does that have to do with winter tires?

I do remember that my Genesis coupe with RWD was a real challenge driving it in the winter.

Any suggestions ? I'm open to any opinions ,,, thanks.
Just realize the performance tires that come stock on a Camaro are dangerous when its wet, cold or both. Sounds like your biggest concerns would be temperatures below 40 degrees F and wet roads. If you have all-weather tires on it then you should be OK.

I drive my 4S's year round with the exceptions of temps below 40F and when ice/snow is likely. They will work for you too unless you commute or have to drive everyday.

In my experience, if you drive like there is an egg under the gas pedal in Touring or Snow/Ice mode in light to moderate rain, you will be fine. But yeah, if it gets close to freezing and/or rains too much, that could be aproblem.

Fly down the highway at 70 MPH in the rain and yes, you will end up in a wall. Take it easy and drive according to conditions, and that applies to every car.

It's a Chevy. I guess you don't wash your car either then.

Some people are nuts.
