My question is: How does this impact the Mode selector? Thanks for the video Sledgehammer!

I guess I don't understand the point of this. Wouldn't putting your foot down more into the pedal accomplish the same thing? Aren't you just causing the throttle to open further with less pedal travel?

You still have that initial lag without it not matter what gear you're in or no matter how hard or fast you mash the gas pedal. The point is to remove the lag and get instant play from your gas pedal.

Thanks for posting about this. I just ordered mine! Throttle response is one of the very few things I dislike about the gen6 and seems like this will solve that issue

You can go into vehicle settings from the main menu and set NPP to permanent track mode... the valves will just stay open in every drive mode at all times. It makes the exhaust noticeably throatier on low throttle and adds more crackle-pops on overrun. By default, even sport mode doesn't keep the valves fully open all the time.

No. Even track doesn't keep the valves open. I don't even think there's a difference between sport and track for the exhaust

Not entirely true. The valves shut at highway speeds no matter what mode you are in. I pulled the fuse for NPP and it made a big difference

Hmmm, I was sure there was a difference when I set NPP to track in the drive mode settings :/ maybe I was just imagining it... I'll try pulling the fuse.
