Weather conditions: -120 DA. 49 F. 15 mph headwind.

Had an 11.7@117 in the bag on this run. Was holding the car in gear crossing the traps all night to prevent a shift before the line. It helped. But as DA dropped it was faster and I hit the limiter 50-100 feet before the line this pass! Doh !

Sorry bout sideways pic... not sure how to correct it :(

Nice run man, any idea how much the rear seat weighed?

Thanks

Yeah it's not much. 30-40 lbs. I weigh 250 so every bit helps. Wasn't even gonna list it but I'm too honest.

I think the front is about 50. I'm gonna take that out and will be likely a bit better conditions when I go again soon. Just hope the track will hold being even colder. Thinking a throttle controller will help the 60 on these cars. With bit lower DA, front seat and the controller it may run 11.6 if it hooks. 11.7 is a certainty. Less wind would help too.

Both of those cars will end up in Category #3 when I update the lists.

I don't get this so if I have photos on photobucket and use their link with the "IMG" coding its not good? if not maybe you could explain how to upload directly to this site.

Third party photo storage gets purged now and again and when it does we loose the photo in the post. On C6 when you post, click go advance, click manage attachments, click search, find photo in your file, click it and then click upload. Once it is uploaded click close, then click the paper clip and then click the image and your done.

That way the photo of time slip will not disappear down the road. Tip send the pic to your desktop to find it easier.

BTW if you can upload it to a third part storage, you certainly should be able to upload it directly to C6.

Seems easy enough and a very reasonable explanation as to why Thank you

Bone stock, only mods are BMR suspension parts which actually ADD weight to the car.

330: 5.169
1/8: 7.899

BMR suspension = not bone stock.

...they don't allow a street tire change, they definitely won't allow suspension mods lol.

Suspension is a HUGE part of cutting a good time. Certainly not stock at that point. A tenth in the 60ft time can pick up a ton of time on the big end.

No problem, change the first post to mention suspension mods, there is nothing in that first post about suspension changes.
