Yep. That's the exhaust valve control tables for stealth, tour, sport, track.

Cat warmup (cold start) doesn't have anything to do with the Exhaust settings. All cars have cat warmup cold starts due to emissions requirements from the government.

It sounds like one or more people on here have tuners.

1. The throttle map isn't just the 1:1, it's clear that snow puts a delay on throttle swings, and that tour and sport part 'hold' throttle on an M6 when you get off the gas and engine brake, I presume to get rid of backfire (it's unnerving when you notice it)
2. What is the name of this behavior? Is it some flag? Or is it some extra numbers in the throttle map where I'm just observing part of a spectrum? (like the gear/rpm/exhaust grid)?

I ask because, I could see if I were ever deciding to go to tuning, I'd be inclined to keep Tour/Sport quiet; but to un-screw up the throttle behavior.

This is 100% personal opinion, I know everyone likes what they like. But for me, the "After firing" or "backfiring", what ever it's called when your decel'ing from WOT. I do not like it! If I were in a Fast & Furious movie driving around at 10,000RPM in my car, I'd probably want more of it. But, since I'm not, when the Snap-Crackle & Popping happens. IMHO, for me at least, it takes away from my build and some what diminishes it. I feel the built in Snap-Crackle & Pop doesn't represent that true American muscle car sound. In other words, I HATE the Snap-Crackle & Pop on decel !!

That's called Rev Match. You can turn it on/off with the paddles on your steering wheel. It holds the throttle on down shifts.

Raising that cat warmup temperature helps to get rid of that timing retard and not rasp as much, right? I think my first tuner changed that, but I put it back, lol. They, HPTuners quietly removed that tab. Stupid EPA...

I understand what he's talking about. It feels like more negative torque in the DD when you let off the throttle, but it's not. I set all of my DD tables the same, and you can feel a difference in track vs sport/tour. It's a more rapid throttle closure.

I think it's probably one of the UDP tables that Huggins likes to use.
