Even with a grammar policeman's hat on, both "that" and "who" are correct relative pronouns in this case.

I keep these lift pads on all the time, as you said, that's kind of their point.

I have the regular ZL1addons lift pads. They work great with my QuickJack and with a floor jack when I'm at the track changing wheels. With a floor jack, I do use a hockey puck for additional clearance and to protect the rockers. I can't imagine the stealth pads clearing the rockers on my car (even with a hockey puck).
