Valvoline synthetic 5W30 and a Mobil 1 oil filter is what I use!! Valvoline is dexos approved too.

Whichever oil you end up going with, please visit the "YOUR'R CHANGIN YER OIL TEW OFFEN" thread or whatever completely uneducated title it has for tips on how to check the condition of your oil by simply looking at it!
