So,
Coming from the Mustang community, there were a lot of Micro-records and "Firsts" people claimed, especially around here locally. Maybe, this person is one of them. "I want the first modded 1LE" or "I want the fastest 1LE". It wouldn't surprise me. Since I've ordered mine, I've been kicking things back and forth on whether to change a single bolt or go all out. 800 would be the magic number for me, honestly. I do think it'd be manageable on a road course and can still click off ten second quarter miles. 9's would be tough, especially with the aero, manual, stock LSD, etc. But, I'd give it a go, for sure. What this shows me is that there is definitely a way to get there.

This could be a good car for the One Lap of America. For those that don't know, that race takes place at several road course and drag race venues and requires you to drive the car between venues.

[VR] 800+rwhp ZL1-1LE gets modified at Vengeance Racing
The owner actually plans to track the car but he wanted more horsepower. So this should end all rumors and speculations. It doesn't matter what you guys would/wouldn't do. Half of you guys have 600+ HP sports cars and never hit 100MPH.

Vengeance does good work. We have a couple guys in our club that Vengeance did the work on their cars. The owner of that beast needs to bring that thing to Fayetteville, N.C on 30 September and run it down the drag strip at Camaros for Heroes this year. I will have my ZL1 1LE there but mine is still stock. Oh by the way I think the car rides just fine, but I grew up on bumpy dirt roads and air shocks!

I'm sure if there is an issue with overheating then he'll spend the additional money to correct it. There are always so many critics to what someone does to their car. I figure the ones with a bad taste or think "what a waste" should just sit back, enjoy the ride and live vicariously through this well built machine. #NeverRideStock
