You don't say? I was just at a mattress store yesterday but ended up buying a couch from the furniture store across the street. The mattress wasn't nearly fast enough.

I managed to steal a few moments in a 2017 Camaro at a local dealership today(away from the attention of the salesmen) and I honestly don't understand how any modification, save removing the rear seat, could increase the recline angle; the vertical portion of the seat abuts the rear seat at midway which makes further adjustment impossible....or so it seems. I would like to hear from someone who has actually tried the seatback mod with success.

My guess is you pull the seat a bit further forward, allows for more recline angle.
Or am I just feeding the trolls??? Sorry no way to know. |

Moving the seat forward makes little difference in this instance given the contact point at the back. Also, I am 6'2" and need all the legroom this car offers.

Believe me, I would SERIOUSLY consider purchasing this car if the seat issue could be addressed. I like the proportions of this car and its interior is more elegant vis-a-vis the mustang.

The Camaro vert is almost the opposite: it's a slightly MORE practical Miata. Does the Miata have storage for nick-knacks? No! Does it have plenty of trunk space? No! Can you recline the seats? No! I accept this about the Camaro, and love it for what it is. To me, Camaro is a Miata with more trunk space, more passenger space, and more power. I love it! If you're still stuck on reclining the Camaro front seats, here's the solution: http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showth...g+seats&page=3 Pages 3-6 have all the info, easy to follow pictures, and drill bit size. Now this thread can go away. Last edited by ny tdi; 01-12-2017 at 08:54 AM. |
