This was the initial claimed cause (but clearly not the true root cause):
-Found right exhaust heat shield contacting chassis purge pipe and transmitting purge noise

I’ll update as they provide more info.
That sucks!
Looking forward to your update.

Did you ask/tell them about the TSB?

Update #2

Picked up the car, the dealership opened a case with GM and are ordering the fuel line check valve per #PIP5395G. The parts are currently on back order, so I’ll update again once it arrives and is installed

Thanks for the update. That is tough. I wonder if it is a national backorder and how long they will be out. Must be widespread.

Did you happen to get the GM part# for fuel line check valve? Or does anyone happen to know what the part number is?

unfortunately no, but it would be visible to your dealer under that TSB number

I wonder if this is a bad batch or they changed the design for the 23 model year?

UPDATE-

Just got back from the dealer. Luckily it was making the noise as I rolled in to the service bay. I had a few service writers look at it. One wiggled the fuel line and the noise stopped. I showed another service writer the tsb and he took forever figuring out what to do. They couldn't figure out what part to order. He was confused as to whether the part should be repositioned or replaced. So i have the car now and it is quiet and I am waiting for them to call me back when they figure out what the part is and when it will be in stock.

SECOND UPDATE-
Dealer called. Part is shipping out from Michigan.

Thanks for everyone's feedback but the gm circus continues.

Sure. I will ask for it when I finally get the car fixed. I would hope it is on the work order.

Edit: well today it made the noise at start up and wiggling the line did nothing so who knows.

Same Problem on my 23 ZL1 6 Speed Convertible

I purchased my new ZL1 a little over a week ago, after a 215 mile freeway only trip home it started making the same tick noise others have described in the car as I came into a 25 MPH zone close to home. After carefully pulling into the garage I listened under the car to the same noise others have posted on YouTube. My build date is 5-1-2023. The noise begins after driving to normal temperature and goes away above 1750 rpm. Took it to the closest dealer who heard it and is researching the problem which he thought may be fuel pump related. I’m not driving it until I take it back. Hopefully these posts will help my dealer fix the problem. Thank you all for the help!
