Your choice with bright painted is a good one. There is a reason they show that combo in a lot of the promos for the Camaro. Very eye catching! I just felt the pull to try something different without going full black, which for me, I think as would regret. Although on the configurator that looks sharp too. Ultimately, I think I am just biased since I am in love with the blue!

I was quoted $200 from a guy local that will clean, strip, powdercoat, and clearcoat (if necessary/desired). A little bit more if I wanted him to mask off the machined face to keep it shiny. It was a craigs list guy, but the pics he posted look like great quality, and his shop is clean, so, I'd be willing to at least check out his previous work.

How do you feel about the ceramic white seats? It's what I went with.
Lot of feedback on this forum say, that the white is too hard to keep clean.
I went with something different other than jet black interior. Would've loved to get that adrenaline red interior. Looks awesome on Turks car (Tr6). But, for me the garnet red wasn't eye popping enough for me. I thought about the red exterior color, but it seems everyone drives a RED sports car. I wanted something different. Besides, I have never had a sports car period! I'm driving a 2014 chevy impala LS with 2.4 l, 196 h.p. engine. This new 6th gen 2016 Camaro will be the fastest and coolest car I have ever owned. This will be my DREAM CAR!!!!!!!!!

When I saw that the white accent interior was available I knew I was going to get it right away. I think it looks so sharp especially with that blue. I've been a white exterior/tan interior guy for awhile and decided to change it up. This is my first sports car too, so wanted something more interesting. Planned on doing all black interior until I saw this option. My current car that I drive has nearly white leather. It is called shale, but is pretty light. Definitely not white like this however. But, with the shale I have had zero staining and color transfer from jeans. What I really like on the Camaro is that where you slide your butt across the seat when you enter and exit, that is still black on the edge. That is the area with the most wear and tear. I'm sure occasionally it will need a spray of leather cleaner on the white part of the seat, but I think the white will be surprisingly also able for upkeep.

Heh, I think we've talked about this before, I had my heart set on a Hyper Blue until I saw the Adrenaline Red interior. Even if the two were available together, I don't think I'd go for the "superman" look.

So then, my choices then were between Mosaic Black Metallic and Garnet Red. Red hot was a little to "check out my awesome sports car" for me, while the Garnet is a bit more elegant. Mosaic Black lost due to the fact that I couldn't find a picture of it anywhere, and I didn't want a plain ol' black paint job. Even when I did find a picture of it, it didn't sparkle like would hope - just looked like another black vehicle.

To me, the hyper blue is gorgeous, photographs great, no matter what. The garnet red, also gorgeous but not every photo is beautiful, like the hyper blue. However, being completely honest and without bias, I believe the garnet red is a bit sexier in low light, over the hyper blue - don't get me wrong, the hyper blue in the dark is stunning as well, just... not quite as much.

Now, if there was available a blue accent trim interior, I'd definitely be in a hyper blue, no doubt about it.

Very well thought out choice. I was on the fence between garnet and hyper blue for quite awhile and thought all your same thoughts on red hot and black. You leaned towards garnet red and in my house my little girl "looooved the blue" so I eventually used that as my final call between the two of them.

What the heck, I'm going to watch Tr6 (Turk's) video of Danica Patrick handing him the keys to his new 2016 Camaro one more time.

Can't get enough of it!!
