Also, your coolant is low… haha
This car has a 416ci engine in it. It made just shy of 18psi.

Interesting! I’m still at 377ci and at exactly 18 psi too. Good info.

Congrats again!

Someone on this board pointed it out a number of years ago and now I can’t stop looking for low coolant tanks. Every time someone posts a pic of their engine bay i immediately look at the coolant tank. I really need a life.

I think the 377 is a better application for boost then a 416 at those boost numbers. The 416 or 427 are much more suited for NA. The bigger inch motors will probably show their hand above 20 psi if the 3.0 makes power above that psi. The 3.0 is starting to show a lot of promise. Sure wish a certain guy would take his Camaro to the track. Has anyone with an Lt1/Lt4 made it to the track yet? Interested in those numbers more then dyno numbers. I know it's pretty hot or raining cats and dogs everywhere else so maybe some will show up in the fall.

Fingers crossed for Friday as there’s a private rental at my local track. Yet MORE EFFING RAIN tomorrow but Friday looks decent as forecast is 77 degrees and sunny. Might not be mineshaft DA like a good fall day but at this point I’ll take anyday that doesn’t rain.

This car actually pushed the rear seal out on dyno initially.

We didn't build this engine and it seems to have more blow by then most.

So we left the front can to vent the valley and added a 2nd can to vent the valve covers.

In regards to choice, do what “you” feels best for your situation/budget. I think it’s great that everyone puts their two cents in on different builds. Just imagine if everyone showed up with the same cookie cutter builds or if everyone had the snobbish stock ZL1. Different strokes for different folks.
