Whenever I bring my new camaro to work I'm gonna keep it under a car cover... Due to many jealous people around here

...is anyone else buying one for theirs?? Or doing the same thing??

No cover, had one on my '98 SS, even in the garage...they are a PITA to take on and off, they can cause scratches and the inside of them gets real dirty where they cover part of the tires, especially when you have some sort of tire cleaner/shiner on them.

That's the thing I was worried about! How hard it would b to put it on by myself and stuff... I had. I idea they could cause scratches!!

Heh, I don't want to even drive it to work, we have an uncovered parking lot.

I wouldn't mind putting a car cover on every day, but I think that would cause some people to say: "why are you covering that, it's just a camaro..."

I had a real nice custom one from GM, silk like material. The hardest part since the car was always clean and waxed, it would slip right off. I got the hang of it by myself after a little practice, just not worth it to take on and off everyday. If you leaving it outside for an extended period of time, say like a few weeks, then maybe. Mine will be in my finished insulated garage when it is not being driven.
