They all have the timer you just need to look for it. Sometimes it's not active on the default list.

Yeah, it definitely has the timer. I thought mine came without it as well, but you have to go into the settings menu on the cluster and activate it. From there, it'll set 0-62 mph time and you'll only be able to adjust in 5 mph increments. adjust down to zero, then you'll be able to go up to 60 mph.
