I definitely threw a bunch of BMR parts on my car. I also got the drag update from the dealer. The dealer who services the car replaces all the TTY bolts during an alignment. It still sometimes gets squirrely.
Interesting.

Did the update do anything as far as you can tell? I've always been dubious of the e'LSD in this regard, but I have nothing to prove that idea. I've also wondered if later cars came with that already, but have not seen anything about that.

I will say I can get the e'LSD do to weird things in TOURING mode. It was by accident, but I SWEAR I could induce sway under light throttle WITHOUT the tires spinning or anything on command. If I drag the brakes while applying enough throttle in TOURING the car would almost start lurching from side-to-side, but if I tried this in SPORT - it was not there. Weird... This was for tuning purposes to load the engine, but it was surprising.

FWIW - I AM happy with the BMR stuff. I'd do it again, but it would have been nice for the sway to go away.

I could not detect any change to the diff update. I also don't drive around with my right foot to the floor, so I'm probably not the best qualified to speak of its efficacy.

What I could detect on my favorite canyon road was the rear end of the car lagging behind the front on corners, and giving a squishy feel out back. The BMR stuff completely eliminated that, giving the car a much "tighter" feel when I drive it. I'm very happy with my car after the BMR upgrades.

My ZLE was a disaster at full throttle when I first bought it. Flooring it at highway speeds caused the rear to steer back and forth. I ordered and took delivery of it brand new BTW.

I took it for an alignment and the shop said they couldnt get it to align to specs. Rather than trying to have the dealer sort it, I bought all the on car adjustable BMR components at the time. I also bought the bearing kit for the lower control arms. After I got the car back, it was night and day better.

If using the on car adjustables, you need to purchase boots to keep contamination out of the heim ends. I didnt do this and had to replace all the ends after about 10,000 miles because they started creaking and popping really bad.
You can buy the heim end covers from most online race parts stores. You'll also want to buy the boot pliers to install them along with silicone grease for lube.

I tried to get my dealer to perform the eLSD software update and they told me it wasnt available for my model based of the VIN. I am assuming this is due to the 1LE package.

Yes, BMR recommended Summit Racing rubber boots for the heim joints.

Have you ever considered that it might be the tune and not the chassis?

I would have one of the vendors on this forum look at your .hpt file. They can control how the power comes in.
