My only suggestion is to have the system welded up prior to sending it out for the jet-hot coating.
Did you just do V-bands from the Headers to the cats, or the entire catback system? I assume if you wanted to do everything you would need to put everything on to check fitment.

Did you buy the CSP header -

https://www.cspracing.com/complete-s...RoCGvUQAvD_BwE

or CSP headers that are supposed to be the same as Kooks but manufactured by CSP?

LOL what?!

As if there needed anymore confusion here.

I saw a CSP install vid on YouTube. The headers said CSP on them, but they had one of those stupid swivel clamps and I thought maybe CSP changed over to that style clamp.
But you’re telling me CSP puts their label on Kooks headers?

Ok, so do you know if CSP still makes the headers which have the older design connection where the bolts pull the connection together?

CSP designed their own headers, but have never manufactured them. Originally, they were made by SW. Now they are made by Kooks. The ones made by Kooks do not have the bolted connection, but use the same connection style as Kooks does. Unless you find a used pair, all new CSP headers will have the new design header connection.

I just talked to CSP and I can confirm you are correct, the CSP headers that are now made use the swivel style clamp and are no longer made with the 2 bolt flange. Kind of a disappointment for me as I was considering the CSP for the 2 bolt flange vs swivel clamp.

Thanks

I bought some catless connection pipes that are for the newer style clamp. Ended up using these to connect: https://www.amazon.com/Rwraps-Split-...0_17_cp_i&th=1
