Under the rear drivers side wheel well cover, there is a harness that needs to be moved otherwise the wheel can potentially rub and cut into the wire.
There are several forum threads on this and how to move it. |

My LT1 on 1LE takes offs (305/285) with H&R sport springs, no rub.

Yes - next step is to look at/compare the specific tire options, if I can do the 305/30 rear tires I was leaning to go with Conti EC Sport02.

You can do 265/35/20 up front and 305/30/20 rear. They will be the same diameter (well...within 0.1"). You would NOT want to go taller in the front, or else you risk pissing the ABS gods, and they will smite thee with ice mode.
If I were you, though, I would just do 285/30/20 up front with 305/30/20 rear. No good reason to avoid the factory SS 1LE (and ZL1) fitment. The ABS will be fine with a slightly shorter front tire. You'll have about 0.5" shorter tire in back than your stock skinnies, but that's a difference of slightly less than 1mph on your speedo. That's just not a problem...and it might even help you avoid a ticket someday. Even though 305/30/20 is stock SS 1LE fitment, I would still do the harness relocation in the driver's side rear well, as mentioned. They have rubbed through on stock Camaros before, and this is something you'd muuuch rather prevent than repair. It's so easy there's no good reason not to.
