Yup, I'm black and I have worked very hard to buy my house, my cars, keep myself on the good foot. Austin is VERY liberal. The progressive types in this city think they're a god send and can do no wrong. They have god complexes when you come against them and a strong sense of entitlement. I think Austin is a beautiful city but honestly the way the place is run is really wearing on me. There's no justice in this city.

Forutnately I have a garage and I also have a OBD Port lock but I feel like I need more than just that.

I've lived in the Austin area almost all of my life. People talk about how cool it is, but I have tell them, only if they were here maybe 30 or 40 years ago. Austin and Travis county are about the farthest left in the state. UT is on par with the California schools. The DA spends more time trying to prosecute the police officers than the criminals. If I could talk my wife into it, I would move in a minute.


Sorry that someone got your car. I worry about that around here.

Put in a dummy OBDII port with a cheap lock on it. If they mangle the cheap lock, they'll likely guess they damaged the port. And if they do damage it, you're only out a $15 dummy plug.
