The ATF going through the eLSD is coming from the transmission, being pumped from your M6, to the engine's cooling radiator, then down to and across the lower Aux Heat Exchanger (LAHX) before it makes the long really hot trip past the header/cats/tunnel to the eLSD to do more work, BEFORE going back to the transmission.

That is true for the diff cooler, but the eLSD module does not share fluid with anything else. It also calls for a different spec of ATF than what the transmission does.

Check your rear toe rod. I had a loose toe rod that gave me a similar sounding issue.
