I know some of you are cool enough to do your own oil changes. In my next life, I plan to learn how to do it, but for now...
I can take my car to a local GMC dealer or a general service center that does oil changes and has the right oil. If the price was similar, who would you take your car to? |

What I did every time I had to find a new service department is I took the beater or wifey's SUV in for the simplest maintenance jobs and watch what they did, how they approached the job---if they didn't deign to do an oil change correctly on a beater, they would get my Camaro next (with the first one, back then the dealership got my Camaro orders and and family SUV purchases, too). I already found two absolutely amazing Chevy service departments this way in two different states, worth their weight in gold.
