Directions come with the kit. It's very straightforward. All you need is a saw or borrow a tool from an auto parts store.

all you need is a sawzall and make some good measurement and mark your cutline with a magic marker to cut off the OE suitcase assy. Just cut on the cautious side, you can always cut more if the Borla system will not slide forward as much as you want.

I just bought mine from Summit as well, single tips (because I didn't want to switch my rear diffuser) and it's for a v6.

$970 with taxes, the best price I could ever find. So excited to install

Sawzall leaves a lot of burrs on pipe (will need a de-burr tool to remove burrs, so aftermarket pipe will fit properly). A chain pipe cutter/exhaust pipe cutter is a better tool to use as it leaves a cleaner cut.

Most people have a Sawzall or a hack saw, and a common metal file round and or flat deburrs perfectly. All common tools already in the average handyman's toolbox.

Most people that work on cars and exhaust have a chain pipe cutter tool and grommet puller- fairly cheap tools for exhaust work (and can be rented at your local auto store if you don't have them)
Work smarter not harder

I have worked on cars all my life, I never owned a chain pipe cutter. But if I did a ton of exhaust work, I may have bought one. I have done my share of exhaust work, just not enough to warrant a tool that has a singular , infrequent purpose.

A chain pipe cutter has other purposes other than just cutting exhaust pipe. It will cut any metal pipe such as black iron piping or hard plastic piping.
If you have done your fair share of exhaust work then you would know a flat metal file will not de-burr the inside of a round exhaust pipe- lol (you stated "common metal file round and or flat deburrs perfectly.")

Look- I have done plenty of these Borla and Corsa exhausts on both cars and trucks both on lifts and on the ground with jacks, so I am providing helpful tips for the thread.

Chill out bud, anyone that has tackled there own exhaust work a few times knows what they are doing and capable of, just maybe not your way.
