You'll need more power or a lot less weight to go sub 20's at CotA in a ZLE. The Camaro is a pig shaped like a brick, which are not great characteristics to have at CotA.

Scott managed to sneak in a 2:19 with a full interior and ~700whp on Viper ACR rear tires using the APR wing and ASC splitter.
