The exact amount of ethanol blend will be affected by a number of things, to include your altitude and wether your tuner tunes the car rich or lean. It may land at e40 or it may be a little higher or a little lower. You won’t know until it’s tuned.

Fwiw I would Get the big gulp. My car wanted more fuel up top when I installed the big gulp coming from a regular RF. That means it wants to make more power. And that was with a ported 95mm tb. The 103 has shown the least amount of gains on my setup compared to the other mods I have done.
