Now I do agree that yours seems to be failing because there is something causing it to fail versus failing from wear. I could be wrong about this but I think our cars use the same reservoir for the brake and clutch fluid. Maybe try to see first if you have a leak following the brake fluid line that goes to your trans or any of the brakes. If you find something than I think you have a case that something failed causing your first and second throw out bearings to fail and GM failed to fix it the first time.

Hey thanks for watching and I appreciate the suggestions.

The only part specified not included in our power train warranty is clutch and flywheel. (Listed as wear items). Last they looked they said they both looked fine. I feel there is a mechanical defect somewhere in the clutch maybe trans assembly.

That's a good approach to go about it, break fluid is good, no leaks and was recently changed. Definately something persistently wrong though at this point.

V6 1LE, Turbo-4 1LE, SS, SS 1LE, ZL1 and ZL1 1LE are all Camaros that can have warranty covered for issues during or after track usage. If a dealer will not accept this, either press the case or just go to another dealership.

Are you the guy on youtube that posted about the clutch noises and had the throwout bearing/slave replaced then came back with the same issue, to where the dealership is now claiming "abuse"?

Either way, to the OP - as others have said - go talk to another dealer and explain what the car is doing. Leave out the part about Simpletons refusing to repair under warranty and just see what the other dealer says.

Also - what do you mean by "dust imprint on the door"?

btw when my buddy crashed his car at fontana his insurance covered him as long as it was a competitive event and was only a hpde/driving day which it was for him as he didnt pay for a transponder or have timing so he got hella lucky haha

I concur with the number imprint. I put a magnetic "9" on my door, and after I remove it, you can still read it. It's mostly brake-dust, I think...
