I always ask for a road force balance. Even after a RF balance on the stock wheels the vibration was there. I'm leaning towards a tire defect.

My local Discount Tire does a good job but sometimes you get lazy workers in the back . Take my experience at Tire Kingdumb , took them 4 times to get mine balanced with no vibration . So I drove around till I needed rotation (MY RAM PU) then asked the new Lady working there btw can you balance them as well ? Problem solved! Some people are just putting their time on the clock and don't care 3rd time in to get them balanced they claimed my rim was bent ! Lazy liars
