Only took a little over an hour. Fit just fine and so far I think it sounds great. I'll do some more driving and report back.

Is the OD diameter on these tips 4" or 4.25" like the stock ones? Not really wanting to go smaller than the stock tips with an aftermarket exhaust.

I did not measure but they are just a tiny bit smaller. I think they look great. The factory ones have a flare at the end, and these don't.

By the way, after a week, I just love how the car sounds. I've gotten several compliments on it, too. I'm very happy with the purchase. I know exhaust sound is subjective, but this was what I was looking for. It added nice low frequency rumble, and makes a nice, if subdued, sound on the highway with no drone at all. I found the factory system almost silent on the highway, and I did not like that.

I've got a Forza exhaust controller I plan to install soon for more flexibility.

One thing to watch out for is the condition of the box when it arrives. Mine was not packed well, and had minor damage. Nothing I couldn't fix in 2 minutes. . The box had a bunch of tape on it to try (unsuccessfully) to hold it closed, as some of the staples came apart. The packaging inside the box was insufficient, and one of the hangers was protruding through the box side.

That sounds good! I have Flowmasters on my Silverado and love them. I did a set of 2" headers into the factory suit case because I could not find a exhaust with a deep tone like my truck. Does any one have these installed with headers?

Here's a video of a SS with Kooks 2" and this exhaust.
