So I was poking around on thatgmpartsguy.com and I see the 8" display (GM part 84015998, $410.19) and the accompanying receiver (GM part 13506386, $169.32 w/o Bose or 13506373, $164.62 w/Bose), and nothing else under any of the subsystems that I would think might have parts of this upgrade. I also see that the main wiring harness is only specific to 6MT vs Auto, but nothing about MyLink, LT v. SS, etc. The only other part that I can see needing to swap would be the instrument cluster, since all of the 8" MyLinks come with the enhanced center display (GM part 23508813, $486.56).

Which means, theoretically, it could be $579.51 w/o swapping the center console or $1066.07 with.

That said, I don't see anything specifically about Navigation in here either, and I know that involves part swaps as well. So I am probably missing something.

Many options can be added for way less then getting it initially from the dealer. This has been done by people since way before the 6th gen. Great thread. Interested as well.

Were you able to do the conversion? I just got a great deal on the cluster and Radio. Got the cluster on ebay for $120 and the Radio for $165. I believe all I need now is the HMI Module/Reciever. I am waiting on 5th Gen DYI to do the programming. They said by December.
