There is a trade off because the Z07 package brings the sticker tires too.

A non-Z07 package car will likely need DR's to match that time.

I was pretty sure I wouldn't be tempted to upgrade.

Now I'm tempted.

Honestly, with this car...who cares about the 1/4 mile times??? It'a all about handling and putting the power to the road when exiting turns

Motor Trend's Carlos Lago is absolutely giddy at the end of that video!

That 8 speed auto definitely can squeak out high 10s stock...it will happen. But I agree with Gretchen....it will probably be easier in a "base" Z06

Oh I agree. I only mention it because its already being questioned to why its slower than a GTR and other competitors. Even the hellcat has been thrown in there lol.

Doesn't the new GT-R Nismo do 0-60 in 2.9 s and the 1/4th mi. in 11.1 s? Sounds very comparable to me. It also starts at $102K vs. $79K.

Can't wait to see the Nurburgring lap times. Should demolish anything south of $250k and easily beat the NISMO GTR.

Is no one going to mention the high oil temp situation? Sounds like an issue to me.

Other than that....I love this car.

And put them side by side, the Z06 wins hands down in the curb side appeal test.
