That will be the issue for us Camaro owners in the very near future, the unavailability of repair and replacement parts for our cars due to the push for EVs.

If you have a 2023 order still not accepted by GM it will never be accepted from what I understand. 2024 orders started a few weeks ago and are now being allocated. Might wanna contact your dealer and put a 2024 order in if you're still waiting.

Honestly no one can blame you if you order a 24 mustang. It’s an actual updated car where as the 24 camaro you order will be essentially the same car from 2016. I’ve sat in a few new cars lately and the interior upgrades between 2016 and now are kinda massive. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad my 23 2ss 1le order got picked up but if it didn’t I would not have reordered a 24. The msrp increase was wrong since it increased last year already and the car has literally not changed.

We have discussed this many times, unfortunately GM simply stopped caring in late 2018 when Al Oppenheiser was removed and his team disbanded, and the company has been on their lame non-adaptive cruise control since then as far as the Camaro is concerned. I'm glad I put in my order in 2018, and absolutely love my car, too bad the mothership is souring the experience for so many.

i ordered it in May, last day to submit was 6/15.It may have been accepted, been a couple weeks since i checked with my dealer. He has twenty pre sold camaro orders pending for customers so if not he's just going to move the build internally to a 24. Not diggin paying 2k more for the same car but choices are limited and not holding my breath.

The lowering suspension addons, we can probably do without.
We still have the magna suspension option |

i wonder if the 2024 Mustangs still have the feature that makes them crash when leaving a Cars and Coffee event.

My salesman told me today ALL black rims are on constraint except for straight 5 spoke (similar design to the one with the red ring) and the ones in packages. Yikes!

GM is just using up the parts bin.
Makes perfect sense from a financial standpoint. Jan 2024 is right around the corner.
