I run 265/19 on MRR wheels for winter, PA4 N-Spec tires... works well.

I'm getting 315/18 A052 on Apex wheels for autox.

Ideally I'd keep the OEMs and have them for track, as well as a 2nd set with PS4S for street and wet track. Or go with ZLE setup for track, but that's more $ as those 3Rs don't last long. But for now I have the OEMs for street and track, they are excellent tires and with the tire rack or USAA discounts they are far less expensive than any other option.

But man, it's getting to be a big investment in wheels and tires to have 3-4 sets around!

I completely agree. My winter setup are the stock LT 18" wheels and stock base Goodyears. I figured I wouldn't notice anything because I'm not on the track, but it is very obvious even with regular "spirited" street driving.

I went with 285/35R19 Pilot sport A/S 3+. for wet weather they were great. I put them on a set of Arc-8s for DD duty. The stock rubber is fantastic on the track. may as well use it if you got it.
