I did it this weekend, I wanted to get that more aggressive look and yes my OCD is bad. I had the splitter and bevels painted to match the rest of the glossy black. The wing should be here by Thursday...

Ok so help me understand. If you use the ZL1 bumper, how do you make and cut the bumper to make the dive plane fit as well as the winglet at the end of the splitter?

Both of those parts require cutting into the bumper to use the clips behind the bumper.

2018s and up have rectangular boxes on the inner part of the bumper for each tab. I drilled 4-5 holes in each box and then I cut the excess plastic with a blade. The boxes highlight exactly where the tabs will slide in so you don't have to do any guessing work.

Is there anything special to remove the ZL1 splitter? I might be wrong but I read there is a rivet in the middle? Or is it all just bolts?

I have been procrastinating at completing the bumper. Just trying to gather all the info

I just finished doing the conversion it's all bolts to remove the bumper and clips to remove the grills and splitter. They are in there super tight

Has anyone tried installing the Anderson composites grill, splitter, bezels and dive planes? I have thought of painting and wrapping, but wanted to see if anyone has attempted this setup on a zl1. Please, include photos if you have!

My ZL1 is exactly what yours was when you bought it, down to the color!!

Never noticed the front end getting light at speed but I have only been up to 160 mph or so.

I do have the Ebach Pro springs on which might change a few things

I have a question for those who have completed the conversion and those who have all the parts to complete it. What hardware do you need and the quantity? I have purchased the 50pk. of fasteners from, ebay seller, greatvintagetoyz (GM 11547341). Just need to know what else I will need... don't want to wait anymore on parts or have to go to the stealership!

questions for anyone's help! did the 1le full fave lift on a 2022 zl1. when you went to put the bumper back on did you have problems with the finder to bumper area coming together? did you have to remove anything from the front for it to sit flush? I have a fairly large gap on each side, and my screws don't line up with the tabs under the bumper
Please let me know!! thanks

It can hang up in a bunch of places, the most common is around the metal crash bar and the two covers over it. Just take a look everywhere and fiddle with it. Good luck
