His car is tapped out on fuel supply (regular SS not a 1LE) so my opinion is, you should upgrade your fuel system before trying 12psi at low altitude. We are at low altitude here.
Thanks, your numbers looks right (high 300s, low 400s) HP seems good.
That 612...??? That is a good build, why?? (unknown) M6 isn't "THAT" much more HP them A8. Seems anything over 550 (at my alt) is good, extra is a bonus...lol.
Whipple even states (in Emails) 6-7psi. I was looking for 10psi, We,ll see.

Then I'll transfer parts, and reinstall. This has been the job from hell, I regret doing it (NOTE TO SELF: ....self, leave it alone)
Tires? I thought about the 305s, I thought wheel well mod for 315s??????
305s will fit without mod???
None of it's been your fault... But it would be nice to be able to bring it back to the installer and say... FIX IT!

Yes But, the harness wires need repaired. And you have to be smarter then the wires. SO, I'll fix them (at-least I know they are done right) No problem down the road. When I get it to where the installers had it, I'm going to post a pic.
Then you'll ask " Who was working on it, Stevie Wonder??)

What size belt did you need for the 3.125 pulley? Whipple didn't know because they haven't used one that small yet so they said I'd have to measure it. I ordered the 3.125 and 3.25 pulley's on July 1st. Also, about how long did it take you to get them from order to delivery?

Don't know about the belt yet, pulley will be here FRI (took a week to OHIO)
You will be less. My spring tensioner adjuster is at half way point. And my manual adjustable fixed idler is all the way to passenger side (loose) position.
SO, all kinds of adjustment left. I'll know for sure Friday.

Is your stock fuel system enough to keep up?

Mine has plenty of fuel. I was already just above 10PSI with the 3.500 pulley that comes with the kit. I lost 2PSI when i added the headers and exhaust. I only got to 9 with the 3.375 pulley so i need to go smaller.
